Cancellation Policy
Halle charges a 50% cancellation fee for any no shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment
Halle’s late arrival policy is 15 minutes and will be considered a no show.
She does not issue refunds
If you are unsatisfied with your service she would love to make adjustments for you within 7 days of your original service!
Note that she cannot perform any redo/fix services if you or another stylist makes adjustments to your hair.
